Our experience will start in Plaça Sant Jaume and strolling through the Gothic Quarter ending up in a charming palace once a Jewish spot. Come and discover Priorat, the region, history, traditions and why its wines have worldwide recognition. A local guide will lead you in an informal tasting of amazing wines from Perinet together with local snacks from small producers as hazelnut, fuet, extra virgin olive oil.
Perinet is the essence of the Priorat; a combination of the history of the region, rich slate soils, deep concentrated wines with a strong balance; and a modern edge towards winemaking.
