Our knowledge of the Perinet vineyards has led us to build a model that will allow Perinet wines be transmitted through feelings. The goal is to let each variety reach its most pure expression. This is more extreme in our single varietal wines, small editions of Syrah, Cabernet, Grenache and Carignan. Through the taste of these wines each vintage will tell us how the influence of the year was. Climate conditions modulate the style, if they are more shy (reduced) or extroverted (opened) by the harsh climate of a particular crop.

In the context of Vidart’s annual Priorat Wine Fair you'll get the privilege of attending to a masterclass where wine lovers will listen and enjoy the varieties by itself. The vines will tell us which direction the vintage will go and you will only discover it by tasting. We'll lead you in a tasting of two consecutive vintages (2015 and 2016 primeurs) of the four most representative varieties of Priorat. This exclusive set of wine glasses gives you the chance to get the sense of place: the north of Priorat. On the border with the Montsant mountain range, the personality of this area seems to bring together the freshness and the warmth at a time.
