WE SAY GOODBYE TO 2021
We collect the best moments of 2021 for the whole Perinet family
From Perinet, we bid farewell to a year full of contrasts, where complicated moments due to the current situation have been mixed with great joys.
We leave behind us a year full of contrasts and many emotions. In difficult times like the ones we are living through, it's when we have to value the good things the most. We say goodbye to a 2021 full of challenges, but we want to keep all the good moments, rewards for the effort and recognition that Perinet products have received.
This year, Perinet wines have received very good reviews in guides and media as important as the Guía Peñín, Wine Spectator, Jeb Dunnuck, Verema or Decanter, among others.
Wines such as Merit, Perinet and 1194 have received high scores, well over 90 points in top guides worldwide. There is no greater satisfaction than to see the product of so much effort and dedication being recognised and Perinet wines being valued all over the world.
We are also very proud to have achieved the Travellers Choice Award from Trip Advisor, which highlights our excellence in the service and experience of our wine tourism activities. We strive to transmit the Perinet philosophy to all our visitors.
In 2021 we have also received many mentions in the press, starting the year with the first one in the newspaper El País, talking about the Priorat area and mentioning our winery, inviting you to visit it and to do the wine tourism activity Glamping. During this month we also appeared in Wine Winderings, which highlighted the Priorat region and the wine tourism activities that can be found there. In February, Priorat Explained also talked about us and the wonderful land that surrounds Perinet.
The year continued with mentions in different media and platforms, such as Wineyard Team or in La Vanguardia. News that talked about how we are committed to environmentally friendly viticulture and how we export wines all over the world. Related to this, Verema also dedicated an article to us that talked about the company's commitment to sustainability.
During July and August we received mentions from Vinassos, Perswijn, Wine Black i Cupatges, , the latter article talked about Grenache and how it is more adaptable to extreme changes. At the end of the year, Michael Schachner, from Wine Enthusiast, talked about the temperatures in the area and our vintage. Finally, we would also like to mention that in 2021 we received two gold medals in the "Garnatxa du Monde" competition, a prize that we cannot be more proud of.
All these mentions, awards and recognitions are fantastic loudspeakers to show our way of making and understanding wine. Little by little, the Priorat region is gaining more weight on the map, and Perinet wines continue to be a flagship of quality.
These awards are just the tip of the iceberg of all the work that lies behind, the passion of a committed team that believes in the project, and all the good times we have had in the great adventure of making wine in the Priorat.
We don't want to say goodbye without thanking you all for your trust. To our customers, to the visitors who have enjoyed Perinet, to the media who have echoed our work, and in general, to all those people who make this project possible.
What awaits us in this 2022 that we are starting? Whatever it is, we are ready.
Happy New Year to everyone!
Cheers!
